Notice on Donation Refund Policy

Refunds

At Move To Help Foundation (MHF), we are committed to delivering critical, time-sensitive aid to individuals and families in crisis. Due to the immediate allocation of funds to our ongoing relief efforts, all donations are final and non-refundable once processed.

Refund Policy Exceptions
Refunds can only be considered in cases of verifiable fraud where it is conclusively demonstrated that the cardholder did not authorize the donation. To qualify, the donor must contact us within 10 days and provide proof that the cardholder was not the purchaser. If the IP address, billing address, and other details match the usual card usage location, we are unable to issue a refund.

Payment Processors
Our donations are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.net. Each of these payment gateways adheres to strict protocols to ensure your transactions are safe and protected.

If you believe your donation was made fraudulently, please contact our support team urgently at team@movetohelp.org. We are here to assist and will work closely with our payment processors to investigate any concerns.
